During the past four editions, the largest event of its kind in the region achieves a mission to encourage young people, workers to be involved in decision-making processes.
Through events of a social and artistic nature, its purpose is to bring light to the public the need for support in improving the rights of workers.
The motto of this year’s event is “Reporting and the roles in the fight for workers’ rights”.
This year’s Textilijada aims to open the topic of respect for workers’ rights and the standard of textile workers.
Therefore, this year we will focus our attention on the role of local and national media, as well as foreign fashion brands for which our textile workers sew fashion pieces.
Through dialogue, like every year with decision-makers, institutions, media, brands, workers, to prioritize the problems and achieve positive results in unison. This is especially important for the economy and the standard of the citizens and the well-being of employees in the private sector because the future and the economy of a country depend on them.
Our role as lawmakers, implementers, brands, media, and associations is important for promoting the rights and standards of a huge group of citizens.
