rights, I know my power."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Knowledge of workers&#039; rights is one of the most important prerequisites for their timely and effective protection, a publication intended for peer educators at Glasen Tekstilec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The publication <strong>\u201e&quot;I know my workers&#039; rights, I know my power&quot;\u201c<\/strong>, issued by the Association for the Protection of Workers&#039; Rights &quot;Glasen&quot; <strong>Textiles&quot; - Shtip<\/strong>, is a practical and understandable guide to the basic rights arising from the employment relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The publication addresses several topics that workers encounter on a daily basis, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">establishing an employment relationship and employment contract;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">working hours and overtime;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">breaks, daily and weekly rest;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">annual leave and absences from work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">salary and salary supplements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">dismissal and notice periods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">action in case of violation of workers&#039;
