Special emphasis will be placed on improving social services, access to health and social protection, gender equality, employment opportunities and greater participation of these groups in social life.<\/p><p data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"1360\">The Memorandum envisages joint planning and implementation of projects and programs, exchange of information and good practices, organization of trainings, workshops, public debates and conferences, as well as preparation of joint initiatives and campaigns. The two organizations will also cooperate in participating in domestic and international calls for funding and will provide mutual expert and technical support.<\/p><p data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1640\">The memorandum is concluded for a period of five years, with the possibility of extension by mutual consent, and represents another step towards building stronger partnerships between civil society organizations and creating a more inclusive and just community.<\/p><p data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1823\" data-is-last-node=\"\"
