In order to locate the shortcomings and provide suggestions for improving the legal framework that exists in our country, the Macedonian Law on Cooperatives, the Croatian Law on Cooperatives and the regulations that exist in the European Union were analyzed. Since there are cooperatives in the world that are giants and employ thousands of workers, and yet operate on the principle of cooperatives, the Spanish giant Mondragon is presented as a relevant example. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:22px\">In order to take advantage of the access we have to European funds, an analysis is also given of which funds can be used to develop the work of the cooperative.
