The engagement is within the framework of the project &quot;Organized Citizens for an Organized Future&quot;, financially supported by the Olof Palme Center and the Swedish Government.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Timeframe:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop will be conducted during the month of August 2022 (from August 22 to 26).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criteria for candidates:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Have completed higher education;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Have professional experience in civil society;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Have professional experience in conducting trainings;&nbsp;<\/li><li>To have conducted at least two trainings on the topic for which they are applying;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Possess solid communication, presentation and facilitation skills;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Skills in planning and organizing workshops;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fees and engagement:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The selected trainer\/consultant will have a total engagement of 10 working days, 1 day for methodology and concept, i.e. preparation of the workshop, 3 days for collecting information from the workshop, 5 days for drafting and revising the Action Plan.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Glasen Tekstilec pays gross compensation of <strong>26.000,00<\/strong> denars, after completing the entire engagement and receiving the finished product.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Details of the advocacy plan:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Following are details about the topics for which a trainer\/consultant is needed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Legal and paralegal empowerment of textile workers;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Strengthening the partnership with the DIT to reduce corruption, increase their transparency and increase trust in the DIT;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Strengthening the partnership with ESC to improve workers&#039;
