Hence, let us emphasize the need for a &quot;Living Wage&quot;\u201c <img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tb3\/1.5\/16\/1f4b0.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udcb0\"> as the motto of this year&#039;s Textiliada reads.
