The new developments surrounding Nikob security are a reason for our repeated alarm to the entire Macedonian public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We hope that the authorities will feel a minimum of responsibility to respond and react.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some of the situations that Nikob employees face are irregular and illegal salary payments, i.e. a minimum of 100 denars is paid by the 15th of the month, and later payment of the minimum wage without any allowances or salary benefits such as overtime, shift work, overtime, and work on Sundays or holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Just as last year, after the end of the corona crisis, pressure was put on employees from Nikob Lab and Nikob Medical, again the workers who provide physical security for state administration facilities, i.e. last week's event with the security of the Municipality of Shtip, are being pressured to sign a negotiated dismissal, and since they did not sign because they have valid employment contracts, Nikob is now reassigning jobs, Probishtip is being asked to go to provide security in Kumanovo, and similar things, in order to give up their rights and succumb to the pressure to sign a negotiated dismissal themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So let's ask the Government and the Service for General and Common Affairs, which concluded the agreement, which is also SECRET, business secrets and the like, paid for with money from us citizens, of course, why they are not reacting to these abuses and violations of the rights of the employees, who are 163 in number, for the specific tender and security agreement, because Article 5, paragraph 6 of the same states that it is valid until September 2024 or until the funds, i.e. almost 200 million denars, are exhausted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What were those funds spent on when the workers barely receive the minimum wage, their salaries are late, they have no healthcare, they have no allowances or compensation from their salaries, they receive a K15 of 100 denars and every 15th, and now the 15th, and not even 100 denars is released through the UJP system in the name of salary. Let me ask the GOVERNMENT and the service where the money has been exhausted, do they think that the national budget is their property and why do they allow such a violation of the rights of 163 people and playing with the existence of those 163 families, playing with the laws, with the national budget and institutions?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We ask that as a public, we seek answers together and demand accountability from the Government, the Government's General and Common Affairs Service, as well as from the company Nikob LLC!?<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
