Within the project „"Through women's activism and civic initiatives to gender-inclusive and responsible municipalities"“", supported by Civic mobility. Civica Mobilitas is a project of the Government of Switzerland to support civil society in North Macedonia, implemented by the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCIC), NIRAS from Denmark and FCG from Sweden. Today we signed the Partnership Agreements within the framework of the civic engagement project.

The partnership project „"Through women's activism and civic initiatives to gender-inclusive and responsible municipalities"“" will be implemented by the Association for the Protection of Workers' Rights "Voice Textile Worker" - Shtip, in partnership with the organizations EHO - Educational and Humanitarian Organization from Shtip and the Initiative of Unemployed Intellectuals - INI from Vinica.

The project aims to mobilize and develop critical and independent thinking among women and girls for active participation in the creation of local policies and taking an active role in solving gender-sensitive problems in the municipalities. The project will be implemented in the territories of the municipalities of Shtip, Delchevo and Vinica, in the period from July 1, 2024 to October 31, 2026.

The project „"Through women's activism and civic initiatives to gender-inclusive and responsible municipalities"“" is supported by Switzerland through Civica Mobilitas. Civica Mobilitas is a project of the Swiss Government to support civil society in North Macedonia, implemented by the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCIC), NIRAS from Denmark and FCG from Sweden. The goal of the program is social change in North Macedonia that is driven by a strong civil sector, active citizens and good cooperation with the authorities, resulting in an expanded civic space, more sustainable civil society organizations and more transparent, accountable and socially inclusive governance at the central and local levels. The opinions expressed here do not necessarily reflect the views of the Swiss Government, Civica Mobilitas or the organizations implementing it.
