What can you report?
Any suspicion of fraud, corruption or deliberate negligence.
The policy applies to existing, suspected, or attempted acts. Please provide as much specific information as possible and attach documentation if you have it.
Bribery or undue influence
Offering, giving, receiving, or requesting something of value to improperly influence someone's actions or decisions.
Financial or operational abuse
Misuse of funds, irregularities in contracts or procurement, inaccurate financial reporting or abuse of position.
Toleration or inaction
Knowingly ignoring suspicion, failing to take appropriate action, or tolerating conduct contrary to policies and procedures.
Treatment and protection
Report without fear of retaliation.
The application can be sent to the president, project coordinator or a member of the Supervisory Board. In the message, please indicate to whom the application is intended.
- The identity of the reporting person or entity is kept confidential.
- Retaliation for reporting, disclosing information, or cooperating with an investigation is not permitted.
- The Supervisory Board has the initial responsibility for investigation when the suspicion concerns employees, interns, volunteers, or contractually engaged persons.
- If the irregularity is determined, appropriate measures are taken, including termination of the engagement and notification to the competent authorities when there is suspicion of a crime.
