A union created by the real needs of workers.
„"Voice Workers' Union" was founded on March 1, 2024 in Shtip, initially in several textile companies from the Eastern Region. The founder is the Association for the Protection of Workers' Rights "Voice Textile Worker" - Shtip.
The union journey begins precisely in the city of textiles — a place where thousands of workers build local development every day, but often remain without sufficient protection. From this experience arises the broader goal: organizing and protecting workers across the private sector in North Macedonia.
The union responds to violations, injustices and uncertainty in the workplace, advocates for better legal solutions and regulations, as well as for quality collective agreements. Workers are the pillars of society — therefore their labor, time and dignity must be respected.

The membership fee is the basis for continuous legal, professional and union support.
According to the membership form, without continuity in monthly payments, the person remains a member, but the union does not assume the stated obligations.
