In the period from March 26 to 28, 2021, workshops were held in Berovo on team building, monitoring tools, as well as advocacy and lobbying before competent institutions.
The workshops were intended for employees and those engaged in the association "Glasen Tekstilec". Through these workshops, we strengthen our capacities for advocacy and lobbying before the competent institutions, authorities, ministries and policies that will contribute to improving the situation of workers and their rights.
In parallel with the workshops intended for the Glasen Tekstilec team, workshops intended for Glasen Tekstilec volunteers were also implemented. Namely, 13 volunteers, through theory and practical exercises, mastered the basic components of graphic design. This is especially important because the volunteers will use it further to present the work of Glasen Tekstilec, as well as the achieved results.
These workshops are part of the project "Organized Citizens for an Organized Future." The project is implemented by Glasen Tekstilec, with financial support from the Olof Palme Center and the Swedish Government.
