TEXTILIADA:

This year, for the fifth time, the association for the protection of workers' rights Glasen Tekstilec - Shtip is organizing the event. Textilijada which will be held in Shtip in the period from 07 – 09 October 2021.
Over the past four editions, the largest event of its kind in the region has achieved its mission of encouraging young people, workers and workers to get involved in decision-making processes. Through events of a social and artistic nature, it aims to show the public the need for support to improve the rights of workers and workers.
The motto of this year's event is "Reporting and Roles in the Fight for Workers' Rights". This year's Textiliada aims to raise the topic of respecting workers' rights and the standards of textile workers. Therefore, this year we will focus more on the role of local and national media, as well as foreign fashion brands for which our textile workers sew fashion pieces.
Through dialogue, as every year with decision-makers, institutions, media, brands, workers, let's prioritize problems and jointly achieve positive results.
This is particularly important for the economy and the standard of living of citizens, that is, the well-being of private sector employees, because the future and economy of a country depend on them.
Our role as lawmakers, implementers, brands, media, and associations is important for advancing the rights and standards of a vast group of citizens.

The fifth edition of Textiliada is supported by: Olof Palme International Center, Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
