The Association for the Protection of Workers' Rights "Glasen Tekstilec" - Shtip, announces a Public Call for the production of two short video stories that will be part of the project "Report mobbing, do not remain silent, we are not gender equal with mobbing", which is implemented by the Association for the Protection of Workers' Rights "Glasen Tekstilec" - Shtip.
Description of the engagement
Videos
The selected team will be tasked with producing a maximum of 2 short video stories. Video stories that will cover textile workers who have encountered mobbing and/or discrimination in the workplace, their experience, as well as information about mobbing, treatment and reporting (video stories about mobbing in the workplace and discrimination in the workplace). The video will be promoted at a public event attended by the public and employees, employers and other stakeholders.
The maximum duration of a video should be 3 minutes in full HD resolution, suitable for sharing on social media.
The engagement will involve close collaboration with the project team.
Scope of work and key tasks
- Development of a creative and conceptual concept for recording video stories – in collaboration with the "Glasen Tekstilec" team;
- Recording of inserts from the activities within the project;
- Editing and post-production of the recorded material;
- Presentation of the videos at a public event organized by "Glasen Tekstilec";
- Communication with the project team.
Qualifications, selection and compensation
- Candidates for this call can apply as a team (natural persons/legal entities) consisting of a journalist, video editor, cameraman or similar, depending on the need;
- Experience in preparing (previously conducted similar activities) videos;
- Experience in previous preparation of videos in the human rights/discrimination and mobbing sector will be considered an advantage;
- The most effective, efficient and economical offer is selected.
„"Glasen Tekstilec" pays the compensation after the completion of the entire engagement and after the presentation of the video stories at an event organized by the "Glasen Tekstilec" team.
All costs arising from the engagement (such as travel expenses) are paid by the organization with prior approval from the project team.
Time frame
- Starting coordination with the Glasen Tekstilec project team from 20.04.2022.
- Delivery of pre-final product by 30.06.2021.
- Delivery of final product with included suggestions from the project team on 21.07.2022.
Ownership
The videos resulting from the engagement will remain the property of "Glasen Tekstilec".
