The "Glasen Tekstilec" association from Shtip is announcing a call for the hiring of a trainer to conduct training on the prevention and management of Burnout syndromes.
Conditions and criteria for candidates:
Candidates with the following experience are welcome to apply:
- At least a university degree in psychology, social work and other related areas;
- At least 5 years of professional experience;
- At least 3 years of experience in conducting training related to the work of the civil society sector.
The following will be considered an advantage:
- Knowledge of human rights and the gender concept;
- Have professional experience in civil society.
Job description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and professional trainer for the following main tasks:
- To develop an interactive and detailed training program and all supporting delivery materials for the three-day training;
- Use an interactive approach with participants;
- To develop a methodology and program for the training;
- To share the methodology and program with the organizers of Glasen Tekstilec. Glasen Tekstilec reserves the right to make changes to the proposal;
- To hold a three-day training for participants/employees;
- The training will take place during the period from 27 to 29 November 2024 year;
- To prepare a narrative report on the training conducted and share it with the organizers no later than December 10, 2024. The training report should be written in English and translated into Macedonian.

- Promoting a healthy and pleasant working environment and tolerance;
- Reducing stress caused by the workplace;
- Relaxation techniques;
- Increasing self-confidence;
- Balancing work and private life;
- Only care of employees;
- Building interpersonal skills;
- Time management and work responsibilities.
