At the very end of the year, we presented the analysis of Article 12 of the Labor Relations Law that we prepared within the framework of the project "Organized Citizens for an Organized Future." The project is funded by the Olof Palme International Center and Sweden.

With the prepared analysis of Article 12 of the Law on Labor Relations, we point to theoretical and practical examples of violations of labor rights implemented through valid provisions of laws and collective agreements. For illustration, through the example shown in the collective agreement for the state administration bodies, it points to inequalities that were negotiated before the conclusion of this agreement by the UPOZ and the Government, and which inequalities are partially trying to correct today by paying k-15 for 2020 to this category of employees, only superficially, and not substantially, in a way that Article 21 paragraph 4 of this collective agreement is still in effect without amending or amending it. In this circumstance, arising from the prepared analysis, Glasen Tekstilec will submit an initiative for constitutionality and legality before the Constitutional Court, as well as this category of employees would be equal before the constitution and laws.
