The Association for the Protection of Workers' Rights "Glasen Tekstilec" - Shtip announces a call for bids for catering services, space and technical equipment for the needs of the public forum "Women Know What They Need", which will be held on November 12, 2026 in Shtip, with the expected participation of around 50 people.
The subject of the procurement is divided into two separate items:
- Item 1: Catering and refreshments: Provision of food and refreshments for 50 participants.
- Item 2: Space and technical equipment: Provision of a conference room, sound system, microphones, projector and other necessary technical equipment.
The bid is divisible, i.e. interested economic operators may submit a bid for one or both items. Each item will be considered and evaluated separately.
Deadline for submitting offers: November 1, 2026, until 12:00 p.m.

The call is being announced within the framework of the project "Women with a Voice for a Just Budget in Shtip", implemented by Glasen Tekstilec, as part of the project "Equitable Governance: Enhancing Gender Responsive Budgeting in North Macedonia", implemented by the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights, and funded by UN Women.
