Association for the Protection of Workers' Rights Glasen Tekstilec Stip, within the project „"Through women's activism and civic initiatives to gender-inclusive and responsible municipalities"“, funded by the Swiss government through Civica Mobilitas, and implemented in partnership with the EHO Educational and Humanitarian Organization Association from Shtip and the Initiative of Unemployed Intellectuals Association from Vinica, announces this public call for proposals for audit services.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CALL FOR TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF AUDIT SERVICES
ORDERER: Association for the Protection of Workers' Rights "Glasen Tekstilec" - Shtip, headquartered at 59 Sutjeska Street in Shtip.
TASKS AND CRITERIA
1. Main tasks of the legal entity for the implementation of audit services:
- To conduct an audit of the project activities and costs implemented in the period from: 01.07.2024 – 31.10.2026;
- To conduct an audit of the project activities and costs implemented in the period from: 01.07.2024-30.06.2025 year (I PART);
- To conduct an audit of the project activities and costs implemented in the period from: 01.07.2025-31.10.2026 year (II PART);
- To prepare and submit reports according to the specifications and standards described in "„International Standard on Auditing 800/805“" with an audit opinion included for both parts (I и II).
2. Criteria for selecting the legal entity to provide audit services:
The candidate for the position must have:
- At least 3 (three) years of professional work experience in conducting audits of civil society organizations, foreign foundations, programs and projects implemented by civil society organizations and foreign foundations, operating in the Republic of North Macedonia.
- At least 2 (two) previously conducted audits according to the standards specified in the annex in accordance with the donor's requirements.

TIME FRAME:
Deadline for submitting bids 31.03.2025 year;
Deadline for selection of the most favorable bidder and notification 10.04.2025 year;
Signing of a Cooperation Agreement 14-16.04.2025 year;
Performing the first audit (PART I): August 2025 and the second part of the project in November 2026 year.
SUBMISSION OF OFFERS
The offer should contain:
- Company portfolio;
- CVs and licenses of a team of certified auditors employed by the company who will work on the audit;
- Financial offer;
