Strengthening the labor rights of women textile workers through their institutional representation comes as a result of the current situation and existing obstacles that do not allow for fair and effective decisions that protect their rights. In this regard, the work of the State Commission for Decision-making in the Second Instance in the Field of Inspection Supervision and Misdemeanor Procedure (hereinafter referred to as the State Commission) is of particular importance.

Although the experience of the work of "Glasen Tekstilec" shows that the majority of labor inspectors are active in the field and in most situations prevent abuse of human and labor rights, in the past period it has been determined that the final decisions are within the jurisdiction of another decision-making instance, i.e. the aforementioned State Commission.
