„"Voice Textile" within the framework of the project "Response to the socio-economic effects of COVID-19 through support for vulnerable groups of low-paid workers, workers who are part of the informal economy and temporarily employed workers", produced an infographic for the period from July 1, 2020 to June 3, 2021, which shows the work of institutions during the time of Covid-19.
Within the framework of the project, the legal team of "Glasen Tekstilec" provided legal assistance to workers from the private sector (textile sector), whose employment rights were violated during the health and economic crisis caused by Covid-19. 4,858 textile workers were covered by legal assistance during the given period. Most often, workers from the private sector faced payment of below-minimum wages, non-payment of wages. A large number of employers abused state aid for the payment of wages, and did not comply with the measures, Regulations and the Law on Labor Relations.
