Conditions and criteria for candidates:

  • At least a university degree in psychology, social work and other related areas;
  • At least 5 years of professional experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience in conducting training related to the work of the civil society sector.

The following will be considered an advantage:

  • Knowledge of human rights and the gender concept;
  • Have professional experience in civil society.

Job description:

  • To develop an interactive and detailed training program and all supporting delivery materials for the three-day training;
  • Use an interactive approach with participants;
  • To develop a methodology and program for the training;
  • To share the methodology and program with the organizers of Glasen Tekstilec. Glasen Tekstilec reserves the right to make changes to the proposal;
  • To hold a three-day training for participants/employees;
  • The training will take place during the period from 27 to 29 November 2024 year;
  • To prepare a narrative report on the training conducted and share it with the organizers no later than December 10, 2024. The training report should be written in English and translated into Macedonian.
