Yesterday (March 28, 2023), at the premises of the Commission for Prevention and Protection against Discrimination, we held a working meeting with the members of the commission, Ismail Kamberi, Vesna Bendevska and Igor Jadrovski.

At the working meeting we discussed:

✅ discrimination against pregnant women;

✅ the proposal for maternity leave (for use by the mother and father), part of the new draft Law on Labor Relations;

✅ non-governmental organizations and the Commission for Prevention and Protection against Discrimination to make a greater contribution to the adoption of the new Labor Relations Law;

✅ initiating a memorandum of cooperation;

✅ greater protection for pregnant women who are employed.

The project "Report mobbing, do not remain silent, we are not gender equal with mobbing", implemented by Glasen Tekstilec is supported by Reactor - Research in Action and their partners through the action "Advancing gender equality in the EU accession process".
