In Shtip on 08.03.2025 from 12:00 to 13:00, Glasen Tekstilec is organizing an "Open Day". The event aimed to raise awareness about gender equality and empower women by highlighting key issues of workers' rights, such as discrimination in the workplace, mobbing and violation of rights. The event brought together around 200 people and workers, with educational materials on equality and women's empowerment. Over 200 printed materials, including flyers, were distributed during the event.
The event is part of the project "Institutional and Economic Empowerment of Women and Girls from the Eastern Region 2", which is implemented by the association for the protection of workers' rights Glasen Tekstilec from Shtip.
