Within the framework of the two-year project supported by SMART Balkan, we will hold two programs, namely the program for respecting workers' rights and promoting social dialogue, where we operate by providing legal and paralegal assistance to employees in the entire private sector, with an emphasis on the textile and leather industry, supporting them in exercising their employment rights and human rights before institutions. We conduct court proceedings through an external law firm and educate paralegals from the textile sector. These are employed women who are part of the formed nuclei and have the role of paralegals in their local communities. And, the second program for institutional strengthening and employee development, to ensure the continued sustainability of Glasen Tekstilec.
