The Glasen Tekstilec team has completed the intensive three-day project cycle training to upgrade knowledge in preparing project applications, narrative reporting, and financial management! 
At today's session, led by Gordana Nestorovska, we gained insights on how to prepare for audits and the essential documentation required. 
And finally, we developed a new method for organizational strategy through brainstorming techniques. 
During the sessions, we upgrade our knowledge of project application preparation, narrative reporting, and financial management. 
We are completing this training equipped with new experiences, skills and ready to implement what we have learned! We also send a big thank you to everyone who made the training possible and contributed to our mutual success!
