The Association for the Protection of Workers' Rights "„Glasen Tekstilec“"- Shtip, announces a public call for the creation of a video campaign that will be part of the project „"Institutional and Economic Empowerment of Women and Girls from the Eastern Region 3"“, which is implemented by the association for the protection of workers' rights "Voice Textile Worker". The project is funded by The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation and Sweden.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The first part of the project "Institutional and Economic Empowerment of Women and Girls from the Eastern Region 3" is being implemented in the period from April 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 year by Glasen Tekstilec.

The main objectives of the project will contribute to:

  • Increased public awareness of labor rights and the economic role of working women;
  • Improved visibility of the organization "Glasen Tekstilec" in the local and wider community;
  • Prepared and distributed high-quality visual and educational-informative materials (online and printed);
  • Increased involvement of young volunteers in activities to promote workers' rights and gender equality.

Activity:

The organization Glasen Tekstilec will conduct an information campaign under the slogan „"Solidarity and Equality: Women." и workersyou right opposite "economic development"“ with the aim of raising awareness about workers' rights and increasing the visibility of the organization.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ENGAGEMENT

The maximum duration of a video should be about 60 seconds in full HD resolution, suitable for social media sharing and television promotion. The engagement will include close collaboration with the project team.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND KEY TASKS

  • Development of a creative and conceptual concept for video recording – in collaboration with the "Glasen Tekstilec" team and other engaged parties;
  • Editing and post-production of the recorded/created material;
  • Promotion of the video on 1 regional television station (if you are applying as an individual, you need to keep this in mind, as it will affect the price or further arrange a video advertisement);
  • Communication with the project team.

QUALIFICATIONS, SELECTION AND FEES

  • Candidates for this call can apply as a team (natural persons, legal entities or a combination) consisting of a journalist, video editor, cameraman or similar, depending on the need, and a television company at the regional level;
  • Experience in preparing (previously conducted similar activities) videos;
  • Experience in previous preparation of videos in the human rights/discrimination and mobbing sector will be considered an advantage;
  • The most effective, efficient and economical offer is selected.

„"Glasen Tekstilec" pays the fee after the completion of the entire engagement and delivery of the finished product. Payment can be made by Contract for Work or invoice.

All costs arising from the engagement (as travel expenses), the organization pays them with prior recognition from the project team.

TIME FRAME

  • Starting coordination with the Glasen Tekstilec project team from 08.09.2025;
  • Delivery of pre-final product to 25.10.2025;
  • Delivery of a final product incorporating suggestions from the project team and donors to 02.11.2025.

OWNERSHIP

The video material resulting from the engagement will remain the property of "Glasen Tekstilec".
