At the meetings, experiences were exchanged for more successful union organizing and representation of workers.
As part of the event, the First International Conference on "Union Hostage" was held, organized by the NSP.
Actively participated:
- the president of the Commission for Protection and Prevention of Discrimination,

- representatives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs,
- representatives from the courts of appeal and the bar,
- Union of Trade Unions 5th FORCE,

The conclusions of the conference are aimed at respecting the constitutionally guaranteed right to membership, or non-membership, in a trade union (negative right to organize).
These positions were reviewed through the prism of domestic legislation, international conventions and more than 10 judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.
The conclusions will be elaborated in detail and submitted to the competent ministries, institutions, as well as the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, with a request for their consistent acceptance and implementation.
