In the period from November 8 to 9, 2024, in Shtip, we jointly defined the strategic goals of Glasen Sindikat and developed the key activities that will determine our mission to protect and promote workers' rights.
Goals we have addressed:
Goal 1: Increase membership: Organizing events aimed at the textile and other sectors, strengthening the network of union representatives and promoting positive examples of cooperation.
Goal 2: National advocacy: Lobbying for better laws and economic measures, campaigns to raise public awareness and active participation in adopting policies for workers.
Goal 3: Powerful collective bargaining: Focus on fair wages, safe conditions and strong collective agreements through regular training and surveys among members.
Goal 4: Protect and support workers' rights: Creating accessible resources for reporting violations, providing legal support, and regular awareness and education workshops.
Goal 5: Changing the perception of workers: Public events, campaigns with personal stories and collaboration with the community to highlight the role of workers in society.
Goal 6: Organizational Sustainability: Grants, partnerships and investment in training union leaders for long-term stability and relevance.
