Stefan Davchev

Visibility Coordinator and Office Assistant

Stefan Davchev is a graphic and web designer from Shtip, born in 1998. As a member of the "Glasen Tekstilec" team, he is engaged in creating and maintaining the organization's visual identity, developing web content, and preparing materials for digital communication.

His work includes designing visual solutions for campaigns, projects, public calls, events and activities of the organization. He participates in the preparation of publications, information materials, visual content for social networks and other communication products through which topics related to labor rights are brought closer to the public in a clear, contemporary and recognizable way.

Stefan also takes care of editing, updating, and technical maintenance of the Glasen Tekstilec website. By organizing the content and adjusting its visual appearance, he contributes to making information about the organization's programs, projects, public calls, publications, and activities easily accessible to workers, partners, and the general public.

In the field of digital communications, he participates in shaping messages and adapting them for various online channels. His role is particularly important in visually representing complex topics, such as labor rights, gender equality, discrimination and social justice, in order to make them understandable and attractive to different target groups.

In addition to creative and digital tasks, Stefan provides organizational and administrative support in the daily operations of the office. He assists in the preparation and organization of activities, events and working materials, as well as in the coordination of various practical tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the team.

By combining graphic and web design, digital communications, and organizational support, Stefan contributes to the professional representation of "Glasen Tekstilec", the greater visibility of its work, and the more efficient transmission of the workers' voices and messages to the public.
