Together We learn. We create. We advocate.

Why volunteer?

Change often begins with one small decision.

With your time and knowledge, you can help workers' rights reach more people, young people become braver, and the local community become louder and more united.

Solidarity doesn't start with a big speech. Sometimes it starts with two hours, one good idea and a decision not to remain silent.

Choose what suits you.

There are multiple ways to contribute.

You don't have to know everything. Choose an area that interests you, and we'll help you get involved with a clear and achievable task.

Communications and social networks

Short texts, campaign ideas, graphic materials and content that makes important messages understandable.

Events and community work

Preparation of workshops, Textiliada, public actions, logistics and a warm welcome for participants.

Photography, video and stories

Documenting activities and creating human stories that show the faces behind the changes.

Research and follow-up on topics

Collecting public information, mapping problems and assisting in the preparation of analyses and educational materials.

Youth and peer activities

Conversations with young people, creative workshops and activities that encourage participation, courage and solidarity.

Organizational and digital support

Organizing materials, data entry, translation, technical assistance, and small tasks that make a big difference.

More than just an item on a CV

You will learn while doing something that makes sense.

You will be part of a team that works every day for decent work, equality and social justice. You will have the space to ask, suggest and create.

01 Practical experience

Working on real activities, campaigns, and events — with clear input and results.

02 Guidance and mentoring

You won't be left alone with a task you don't understand. We learn and solve together.

03 People with similar values

You will meet activists, youth, workers, and professionals who believe in solidarity.

04 Space for your initiative

A good idea won't stay in a drawer. We'll look at how we can responsibly implement it.

A simple start

From interest to first activity.

No complicated procedures. The most important thing for us is to find an engagement that is beneficial to the community and good for you.

Tell us what interests you.

Send a short message with your city, interests, availability, and area you would like to contribute to.

Let's get to know each other.

We have a short, informal conversation about your expectations and current opportunities in the organization.

We start with a clear task

We agree on the goal, deadline, support, and time. You start with a small, realistic, and well-explained step.

Frequently asked questions

Before you join.

If your question isn't here, write to us. There is no wrong question and there is no obligation to join just because you asked.

Do I have to have previous experience?

No. We value responsibility, respect for people, and a willingness to learn. You will receive clear direction for each task.

How much time should I allocate?

It depends on the activity and your availability. It could be a one-time help at an event, a few hours a month, or a more ongoing engagement — always agreed upon in advance.

Do I have to live in Shtip?

Not always. Some of the activities are in Shtip and the Eastern region, but for communications, research, translation, and digital support there may also be online opportunities.

Can I choose an area myself?

Yes. In your application, state what attracts you, and during the interview we will determine which current assignment best suits your interests and skills.

Is volunteering paid?

Volunteering is not a paid employment relationship. When a specific activity or project provides for the covering of costs, this is clearly agreed in advance. Volunteers do not replace paid employment positions.

Do you have time, an idea, or a skill? Let's turn it into change.

Send us a short application. We will respond with the next possible step and check what suits you best.

In the message, write "Volunteering" and 2–3 sentences about what interests you and how much time you can spare.
