Required qualifications:
- Higher education (economic sciences);
- Financial experience;
- Administrative experience;
- Advanced knowledge of English;
- Advanced knowledge and management of computer programs (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).

The salary is 26.000,00 denars, gross amount (with possibility of increase), with benefits included (pension/disability insurance, social insurance, health insurance, personal income tax, etc.).

Glasen Tekstilec Since 2017, it has been working to affirm and recognize the problems of workers and the violation of human and labor rights, as well as to raise the awareness of workers through education, forums, conferences, seminars and other activities, participation in the preparation of laws and other normative acts and regulations in the areas of interest of the association and workers from the private sector, with an emphasis on the textile, leather and shoe industry. Through the programs and projects implemented by Glasen Tekstilec, it directly advocates for the advancement of human and labor rights, access to justice for the marginalized, protection from discrimination, and equal pay for equal work. The association focuses on women's rights, given that 901% of employees in the textile industry are women.
Glasen Tekstilec has implemented over 10 independent projects and several partnership projects. Through project activities, it advocates for the direct advancement of the rights of textile workers, which, by the way, are human rights, guaranteed by the Constitution.
Glasen Tekstilec employs 5 people and several are permanently engaged.
