Today (March 27, 2023) in the office of the President of the Commission for Equal Opportunities for Men and Women, we held a working meeting with Prof. Dr. Gordana Siljanovska Davkova and the President of the Women's Club, Lolita Ristova. This meeting is within the framework of the project: "Report mobbing, do not remain silent, we are not gender equal with mobbing.".
At the working meeting we discussed:
- on the proposal for maternity leave (for use by the mother and father), part of the new draft Law on Labor Relations;
- greater protection for pregnant women who are employed.
We also suggested that a meeting be held to discuss our proposals and remarks regarding the proposal for the new Labor Relations Law, as well as further cooperation with this committee and its members.
