The peer education cycle #IKnowMyWorkerRights #IKnowMyPower has ended, focusing on the rights of young people before their first employment!

Over 300 high school students from various schools in the Eastern Region were educated, which is truly impressive.

The trainings were focused on:

🔹 The rights of young people before their first employment;
🔹 Rights and obligations of the employee and the employer;
🔹 Recognizing and dealing with discrimination;
🔹 Different forms of harassment in the workplace;
🔹 Peer violence and support and protection strategies.

The workshops are part of the Organized Citizens, for an Organized Future project. The project is funded by the Olof Palme Center and Sweden.
