Brief description of the project:

The project "Institutional and Economic Empowerment of Women and Girls from the Eastern Region 3" aims to contribute to better protection of the labor and economic rights of women, especially women employed in the textile, leather, shoemaking and other low-wage industries.

Through a combination of free legal aid, advocacy, social dialogue, public information and strengthening of organizational capacities, the project works to improve the institutional response to violations of labor rights, mobbing and discrimination. Special emphasis is placed on the economic empowerment of women, their active participation in decision-making processes and creating conditions for better wages, more secure jobs and greater economic independence.
