Gender equality

Gender equality

Equal opportunities, a safe working environment and systemic protection from gender-based discrimination and violence.

„"Voice Textile" works to advance gender equality in the workplace and in local communities, with special attention to women and girls from rural and marginalized environments. Through outreach, education, legal and psychosocial support, research and advocacy, we create conditions for women to know their rights, safely report violations and actively participate in decision-making.
