The association "Glasen Tekstilec" from Shtip announces a public call for the hiring of one trainer (natural or legal person) to conduct training for capacity development of internal staff and volunteers in GT, including team building activities.

The engagement is within the framework of the project "Institutional and Economic Empowerment of Women and Girls from the Eastern Region 3", funded by the Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation and Sweden.

1. For natural persons:

  • At least 3 years of experience in conducting training related to the work of the civil society sector, team building activities and organizational work.

2. For legal entities:

  • The applicant should have at least 3 years of experience in conducting training and coaching programs in areas related to the civil society sector and team building activities.
  • Experience in implementing organizational development and capacity building programs will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of human rights and the gender concept;
  • Professional experience in civil society.

We are looking for a highly experienced and professional trainer for the following tasks:

  • Development of an interactive and detailed training program and all supporting materials for the three-day training (including the topics covered in the training components);
  • Using an interactive approach when working with participants;
  • Development of methodology and training program;
  • Sharing the methodology and program with the organizers from Glasen Tekstilec. Glasen Tekstilec reserves the right to make changes to the proposal;
  • Holding a three-day training for volunteers/employees;
  • The training will take place during the period from 5 to 7 December 2025;
  • Preparation of a narrative report on the training conducted and sharing with the organizers no later than December 10, 2025. The report should be written in English and translated into Macedonian.
  1. Promoting a healthy and pleasant working environment and tolerance: Building a positive organizational culture, promoting healthy relationships and tolerance as key to supporting employee and volunteer productivity and satisfaction.
  2. Acquiring organizational management skills: Incorporating skills for effective organizational leadership, project, resource and team management.
  3. Building interpersonal skills: Developing communication and social skills to improve team spirit and cooperation.
  4. Team building activities for employees and volunteers: Activities to improve mutual communication and cooperation, as well as increase motivation and efficiency.
  5. Time management and work responsibilities: Effective time management skills, both individually and in a team.
