The Association for the Protection of Workers' Rights "Glasen Tekstilec" - Shtip, announces a Public Call for the preparation of an analysis that will be part of the project "Report mobbing, do not remain silent, we are not gender equal with mobbing", which is implemented by the Association for the Protection of Workers' Rights "Glasen Tekstilec".
Description of the engagement
Briefly about the analysis
Survey questionnaires will be conducted by local women who will interview the target group, on a pre-determined and designed questionnaire, which will be conducted in parts of the eastern region to determine the recognition and prevalence of mobbing. It will be carried out by telephone, in the field and online, with female workers, to find out if they know what mobbing is if they know where to report it or if they have been victims of mobbing at the workplace. The data obtained will then be summarized, processed and an "Analysis" will be prepared which will be printed and published online. The analysis will also contain recommendations which will be submitted to the competent institutions and made public. 5 local interviewers/textile workers who are from socially vulnerable categories or have lost their jobs in this socio-economic crisis caused by the coronavirus will be engaged. These interviewers should cover up to 1000 respondents online and in the field. The online questionnaire will be published by Glasen Tekstilec on all social networks they own.
