1. Summary of the Initiative
The grant supports Association for protection of Workers Rights “Glasen Tekstilec”, an organisation based in Shtip, North Macedonia.
The initiative aims at strengthening the overall institutional capacities of Glasen Tekstilec team by improving Human Resources and Project Management Skills for employees, enhancing their technical, organizational, and representation capacities through various workshops and trainings on advocacy, public speaking, project writing and management and effective engagement with stakeholders, etc.

2. Key activities
Within the frame of this initiative, the following key activities are foreseen:
• Three-day Training for the Development of an Organizational Strategy (2024-2027)
• Workshop for Project Writing, Administration, and Reporting to the Donors and Auditing processes
• Public Networking and Coalition Building Event
• Promotional and Informative/education materials for Glasen Tekstilec
• Visual Presentation of Glasen Tekstilec through social media
• Legal Aid and Services
